• Sponsorships received prior to January 23 will be acknowledged in event brochure and event flyer
• Sponsorships received prior to February 3 will be listed on gold/silver/bronze medal
• Sponsorships received prior to February 6 will be listed in the S4EA Newsletter sent to 2,000+ supporters
• Sponsorships received prior to February 19 will be acknowledged in the event program to 1,000+ guests
• Sponsorships received prior to February 24 will be acknowledged in signage at the event
• All sponsorships will be acknowledged on our website
• Camera ready artwork is needed by deadline listed above
